Dermot Carberry is a senior executive who has almost 20 years extensive experience of implementing change in both small and large companies in the Sales & Marketing arena on a worldwide scale.

He has held senior management positions with companies such as Avis Rent a Car, Celtic Linen, SR Technics, Hertz Rent a Car. He has been responsible for Strategic Business Planning & Forecasting, Contract Negotiations and Tenders, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Revenue Generation, Marketing/Branding and Purchasing.

Dermot has studied with the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII) and the Irish Management Institute (IMI). He is also a fellow member of the Sales Institute of Ireland. He has also previously held the post of Vice President for the Tourism organisation, Hospitality Sales & Marketing Institute Ireland. He is a mentor for Enterprise Ireland and is currently involved in assisting Start-Ups and companies that need strategic sales & marketing experience to assist them in achieving their goals.

In 2009 he established Internal Solutions and currently has consultancy projects in the SME market.
