Stephen O'Sullivan is the Managing Director of Printing.ie, which is a division of the Creative Media Company Splash. Stephen started college life as a Civil Engineer and then a complete career change in 1994 when he went on a FAS Software Support course in Dingle for six months. This is where the love of design and computers began and two years later Splash was born.

Splash specialises in Graphic Design and Web Development. Printing.ie specialises in Colour Printing and Exhibition/Display Solutions. At present 92% of business comes from outside of Kerry through their websites, this is achieved with no sales reps or sales offices outside of Kerry. In 2009 the company purchased a 10,000 sq/ft unit in the Park Business Centre, Farranfore.
